Back in 2013, DG (known to most as Holder) launched Dead Gamer, a YouTube and Twitch channel dedicated to gaming content. What started as a hobby—editing gaming clips and stream highlights—quickly turned into a deep love for storytelling through video.
As we created content to share across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, we discovered not only a knack for editing, but a genuine passion for bringing creative ideas to life. Hours turned into years of self-taught learning, online courses, and hands-on experimentation to refine our craft.
In 2020, we took the first big leap—offering freelance editing services on Fiverr while still working full-time as a process engineer. That experience brought invaluable lessons, countless projects, and a growing confidence in our ability to deliver professional, polished content.
By 2022, DGEdits was officially born. We transitioned into full-time video editing, and since then, we’ve proudly completed thousands of projects, earned 5-star reviews across all platforms, and built a loyal community of happy clients.
